About SISPAA 2.0
Background & Objectives

1. SISPAA 2.0 is being implemented to replace the outdated SISPAA 1.0 system that was launched in 2014.
2. Problem statement:
- The aging Struts 1.2 platform (released in 2000) has reached its End-of-Service/End-of-Life stage.
- There is a need to establish an integration gateway:
- to connect with complaint systems of other agencies (e.g., PBT)
- for the verification of complaint information from entities like JPN and Geospatial) - Current user requirements, including workflow optimization and reporting modules, need to be addressed.
- The establishment of a data warehouse is also necessary.
To develop a new and advanced public complaint management system that will facilitate the transformation of complaint management into a more efficient and comprehensive process, aligning with the digitalization initiatives within the public sector.
1. Efficiently manage public complaints online, enabling prompt and accurate actions to be taken concerning government services.
2. Serve as the primary complaint management gateway for government agencies.
3. Establish a user-friendly complaint channel to facilitate public submissions, ensuring a seamless experience in line with the growing digitalization of the public sector through an inclusive and integrated service delivery system.
4. The system incorporates a data collection module, enabling intelligent management of reporting, analysis, efficient data sharing, and seamless integration among all stakeholders involved in public complaint management.
